WINTER DANCE-THANK YOU to everyone that helped at the dance! The decorations came out great! The drinks stand and coat check ran perfectly and a good time was had by all!

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE MEALThank you to all of the fantastic volunteers for the soups, salads, breads, desserts, set up and clean up! The staff enjoyed every bite!

What a fantastic array of food for everyone to enjoy! We have a lot of wonderful

cooks, salad tossers, bakers and extremely generous parents among us!

CSAP SNACKS-March 1st-4th-Thank you to everyone who donated snacks for CSAP!

Your contributions kept the students going through their testing blocks and

insured that every student had something to eat each day!

Thanks to everyone that has contacted me and volunteered! We still have a few shifts open this week. Please contact me if you are interested in coming in for a shift.

SRO BREAKFAST-March 10th, 8am-

LHS will be hosting all of the district lead security officers and the

School Resource Officers (Police) that protect our high and middle schools for an

instructional meeting and breakfast. Thanks to everyone who has contacted me to donate breakfast items! We are all set for the Wednesdays meeting and truly appreciate your generosity. The SRO's will feel appreciated and they will all enjoy a beautiful breakfast!

STUDENT OF THE 3RD QUARTER BREAKFAST Date change! Tuesday, March 16th, 2010

This is a "cold" type breakfast. We would love donations of bagels, cream cheese, muffins, danish, yogurt, granola, to treat the 55 recipients along with the teachers who nominated them.

Everything can be dropped off on March 15th to the Legend Main office.

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE MEAL- April (date TBD) Theme: Appetizers Galore!

I will send an email to all who checked PT conf meal on their

sign up sheet as soon as we have a firm date.

STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK -May 3rd-7th

We will need lots of help making the Legend Staff feel appreciated.

We will be doing a healthy lunch, daily drawings for giftcards, prizes, and gift baskets,

a light breakfast, and a special gift for the teacher's mailboxes.
